ECCLPs Committees

The three committee focus areas are essential for taking an intersectional approach to supporting PK–12 districts in accessing expertise from community educators, universities, and current statewide efforts. Together, the committees will shape the direction of their work based on relevant statewide needs and priorities.

Research Committee

Develops evidence-based approaches to inform and evaluate projects from the two other committees, and contributes to the growing body of climate change education research

PK-12 Teaching and Learning Committee

Enhances teacher preparation and professional learning programming with climate and environmental justice literacy through evidence-based approaches

Community-based Partner Committee

Engages educators and researchers with community organizations involved in climate and environmental justice literacy
