Recruitment is underway for the ECCLPs UCI Task Force that will bring together faculty and staff from across all UC Irvine schools.
UC Irvine is seeking a broad range of individuals who have a passion for the environment, education, and/or sustainability and who have expertise in research, evaluation, climate science, climate justice, teacher or PK–12 education, community partnerships, traditional/Indigenous ecological knowledge, youth groups, law, public policy, business, and/or community, and beyond.
A gift to this UC–CSU initiative is an investment in the partnerships and strategies that will educate all of California’s high school graduates to be literate in climate and environmental justice issues and solutions. The UCI School of Education serves as a hub for this initiative. Contact: Sarah Garcia, Senior Associate Director of Development, UC Irvine | sgarci@uci.edu | (949) 824-2741.
